Based on the ISO9001 management system requirements, we carry on strict inspection for each process from prototyping development to the final delivery, not only for dimensions, but also for the material composition.

In our foundry, we have adequate inspection gauges, including: digital caliper, inner micrometer, outer micrometer, height gauges, hardness gauges, 3D dimensional gauge, etc. In our laboratory, we test the material chemical composition for each furnace lot, to ensure the material characteristics.
